Excellent Service once they Came
Lets start with the positive. Rolando out technician was on time, courteous, and very professional. He did an excellent job.
On the down side, our appointment was rescheduled by Ductworks twice and they actually attempted to reschedule it a third time. My wife blocked off two full days of work to be home for this and we had moved all our furniture only to find out the morning of our appointment that they did :"not have a tech available" we scheduled out original appointment 2 months in advance.
That being said, I would use them again. They did an excellent job and I hope this was a fluke. Rolando spent 7-8 hours at our house.
