No show twice, then fired.

Pathetic excuse for a business. Scheduled three weeks out, spent two hours getting ready for them and they called 15 minutes before they were supposed to be there and had to reschedule. Rescheduled, another two hours getting ready for them, then I had to call them and ask what the delay was, the delay was 45 minutes after which I called them again and they were sending a technician from 1 1/2 hours away. I said "No, you're not doing the work."

On the initial appointment date our technician incurred a work related injury, We called prior to the appointment as soon as we were able.

On the second appointment there was a vehicle problem. We notified you that there was going to be a delay prior to your appointment as soon as we knew about it, and another technician was dispatched to your home.

We apologize for the mishaps as they were unintentional. We can only lead with our best foot forward.
