Had a brief setback with Ductworks when the initial appointment went awry. The first technician showed for a service, set up, started and then was called away in an emergency. He left in a hurry - I was kind of left in a lurch. Had to push all the furniture, rugs, etc back and reschedule. A little drama....BUT the Ductworks guys made up for it and rescheduled sending two amazing technicians, Rudy and Matt. These guys came in and did an amazing job. Very professional, helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. All in all the experience was just a bit weird from the onset, but Rudy and Matt made it right!!!
