This was the first time we've had the ducts cleaned after owning our house for 11 years. I called our trusted HVAC company for recommendations, asked friends and neighbors, and also sought out advice on a community FB page... Ductworks was recommended most of all and their online reviews were great. Lastly, I called around for pricing and theirs was the most competative. Eric answered my questions clearly when booking the appointment and Ian G. was the technician servicing our home. He was courteous, very knowledgeable, and clearly enjoys his job. I had no hesitation leaving him alone in our home for the day after our initial meeting. He went above and beyond my expectations, leaving the outer vents cleaner than when I left, giving me good advice on filter installation and use, and also made a note on how to properly install our furnace filters (we had them in backward!).
