I had put off scheduling duct cleaning because I'd convinced myself it wasn't that important and I didn't want the mess I assumed was part of the job. Boy, was I mistaken! Sani arrived promptly, and throughout the process displayed professionalism, competence, and communicativeness. Together we examined the location of each air duct and he explained the process throughout. He meticulously laid out the drop cloths and left no trace of dirt or dust behind.
As it turned out our air ducts were very dirty (before and after pictures told the story). I'm already feeling the positive effects of ridding our home of all that dust and dirt. Sani was determined to ensure he got each of them thoroughly cleaned and stayed extra long to complete the job after encountering a particularly bad patch where dry wall and other construction material had deposited itself in the duct (the remodeling project of a prior owner I suspect). Throughout he communicated with me if he encountered a particular issue he felt needed an explanation (for instance, in one case the painter had painted shut the grill and it required him to carefully use a razor to pry open the grill -- he did it so meticulously I can't even see any chips in the paint.) I was very comfortable having Sani in our home - in addition to providing stellar service he was friendly.
