James expertly cleaned all vents, removed and washed the furnace fan blade, and reinstalled all parts looking like new. He was friendly and patient explaining how the heat and A/C functions with same blower. Our house is much healthier without all the debris coming out the vents. Despite low basement soffits, he completed the job without mishap. I hope he can come to our house warming!
