...Was so knowledgeable he put my mind at ease. No one I spoke to had informed me of "the process." I wanted a visit first, but didn't get it. Never was I directed to the website where I could have watched a video. Although I stated twice on the phone I only had 6 vents, the work up was for 6 additional vents which means a higher bill. But Ian was careful and courteous. He respected my home.
