Rudy spent about 6 hours cleaning the ducts. He arrived on time and got right to work. He briefed me on what he planned to do, and when he ran into a problem, he came up with a solution. He explained why he had to cut an access in the ceiling (and asked my permission to do so) as well as the duct in the garage, and showed me the patch where he had found a leak in the duct. He took photos of before and after duct cleaning and showed them to me. He was careful to lay down sheets and use corner protectors for the furniture. Not only is Rudy a knowledgeable, careful, hard working professional, he is very personable.
