Ian was polite, professional and extremely thorough in the cleaning of our air and drier ducts. He answered all of my questions completely, and explained each action he took to ensure the vents were thoroughly cleaned. The before-and-after pictures were great, and proved we really need to have these vents cleaned on a more regular and consistent basis going forward.
