We have lived in our house for over 5 years, and this is the first time we have cleaned our air ducts. If you are like me, you know it should be done, but are hesitant to pay all of the money, especially when there are so many cheaper advertisements. We decided that if we were going to pay the money, we might as well pay extra and have it done right. It was definitely worth it! It is amazing to actually be able to hear the return vents working again. Also, the amount of heat that is now coming out of the vents has dramatically increased! It has been four days now, and I can tell a difference with my allergies. My daughter has asthma and allergies as well, so cleaner air is a priority that we took for granted.

The cleaning is an all day, very loud process, so be prepared for that. Justin did a great job of preparing us for that and of taking care of our house. He communicated consistently during the process any concerns or difficulties that arose, so I always felt I was in the loop.

Just typing this message right now, I can feel the air coming out of my vents, which I would not have felt a week ago. Skip the lower price companies and get the peace of mind knowing that your ventilation system is truly clean!
