Scheduling an appointment was easy. I appreciated the reminder call the day before. And also Ductworks understanding when I had to cancel my first appointment on short notice and reschedule. Carlos took good care of the house while he moved the equipment around and was thorough and careful with the cleaning. I've had the ducts cleaned in this house once before and Ductworks was finding stuff the other company must have missed (e.g. fibers from the orange carpet that was in this house from before the carpet it had when I bought it.)
