Ian arrived at the promised time; set-up in a very efficient manner, explained the process and the work flow he would follow to do and complete the job--went to work and finished in a timely manner. He presented the before and after pictures which showed the ducts were clean. He pointed out that the sides of one duct were covered with hard-water spots, but were not a hazard at this time. Did his final walk-thru and helped me to replace beds and dressers to the original spots. Ian was very professional.
