Ian called to advise us that he'd be approximately 20 minutes late because of traffic, and 17 minutes later he was at our house. That was indicative of the good service he provided, and his timely completion of a job that involved 26 supply & return vents! He was also very explicit in his explanations of what he was going to do...and why. We are looking forward to a relatively dust-free environment after seeing pictures of the newly cleaned vents!
