Rudy arrived on time, let us know what to expect and described the process. He was careful in the house not to damage anything, covered areas where he was working, and did a thorough clean up when he was done. He showed us before and after photos of the ducting while he was working so we could see the difference. He was friendly and courteous and did an excellent job.
