Never again in winter

I have never had my ducts cleaned before so I am not sure if this is normal but I was home while they were cleaning them for several hours and a lot of stuff was aerosilized. I have a very sore throat, headache and irritated eyes. This might be good for my health long term but in the short term it was not great. I would definitely recommend doing it in the summer when you can open all the windows.

Also, the technician's English was lacking and we had some communication problems.

Ductworks, Inc. cleaning process utilizes HEPA filtered vacuum cleaners, which are the same vacuums utilized in asbestos abatement, only clean air is exhausted from our vacuums.

With respects to our technician he speak 4 languages fluently, while French is his primary language, English is his strong second. This is the first complaint we have received about his communication, but we will absolutely address this as well.
