We had a horrible blizzard hit the morning our cleaning was scheduled. Management contacted me multiple times to keep me updated on the status of our tech due to the bad road conditions. Rudy braved the foot of snow and my un-plowed neighborhood to make it to the appointment. He promptly set up and was extra careful to not track snow through the house (he even brought an extra pair of shoes for inside). He was thorough and worked hard taking about 5 hours for our 1600sqft home with <15 vents. He showed me the before and after pictures of our ducts and went above and beyond to ensure our furnace was clean. I am appreciative of the quality of his work. Thank you, Rudy!
