Excellent communication up front with a phone call the day before and day of to accurately relay arrival time. Thorough description of what would be done and the plan for each level of the home. Described the layout of the return and supply system and that was a big help for me having only been in the home for two months. Was able to confirm all systems were clean and provided operating recommendations. Even took the time to put airflow arrows on each of the HVAC systems. Lucas left the house spotless and the ducts even cleaner. He was friendly to deal with and answered all of the pertinent questions.
