Ian was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable having him in my home all day. He did a great job of explaining exactly what he would be doing and how it would work. He was very careful to clean up after himself throughout my home. He was also really good about allowing me to see the before and after pictures in real-time to see the progress. Great attitude. I'm very pleased with the work. I've heard horror stories about how this can be a huge rip off, but the process DuctWorks uses is very thorough and and I absolutely see the value.
