Arriving on time, walking through the townhome with me to explain the process, being incredibly efficient and professional, and not complaining once about inconvenient crawl space and dryer duct access. The job was done in less time than I had anticipated and the personable, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic approach Ian took to his work was refreshing.
