Ductworks was out today to clean the vents in our new home, which were laden with drywall dust and various objects which contractors disposed of in the vents. Ian was our tech and we cannot say enough superlatives about him. He is a meticulous, hard working, conscientious individual. He thoroughly explained the process and everything that he would be doing. He obtained before and after photos so we could see that brand new shine once his work was complete. He was tidy and took care to keep our home protected and clean throughout the process and updated us as the day moved forward, as to what he had done and what work was remaining. It was a pleasure having him in our home and we feel most confident about the job that he did and appreciate his every effort. Great work! Highly recommend!
