The service itself was fine - the work was completed in a timely manner. Before the work began, we specifically asked for before/after pictures of the work being done, and these pictures were promised to us. I called the main office the next morning, and was told that the pictures would be mailed to us later that day. The pictures had not arrived five days later, so I called again, and was told that the pictures were never uploaded and were lost. We were very disappointed because we don't actually know how much dirt was removed from the house.
