Our technician was Lucas who was very friendly, professional and did an excellent job. When I thanked him for working so hard non stop he said he loves his job so it's fun for him. Great attitude! As far as the cleaning, we have a large house, 33 vents total and all I can say is that I which I had this done years ago. Immediate difference noted in less dust floating in the air when AC or Heat running. Well worth it to have this done!!
