I recently moved into a new house and I've had DuctWorks out twice. The first time was to have the dryer vent cleaned out. My dryer was heating but the clothes were not drying like they did before I moved here. I guessed that the dryer vent was clogged, and wow was I right! Brad was the tech who performed this job. He was diligent and got to where the clog was. Now my dryer works like it used to and I don't have to worry about the house burning down from a dryer vent fire. Brad was also professional, very friendly, and did a great job - and he arrived on time.
The second time I had them out was about a month later to clean the ducts. My house is about 30 years old and I had no idea whether anyone had ever had the vents cleaned. Lucas was the tech who came out for this job. He arrived right on time and did a great job. He put down cloths on the floors and did a good job cleaning up after himself. There was minimal vacuuming of the floors on my part after he left. He was also very professional and friendly. He did a very good job explaining what he was going to do and did a wrap-up with me regarding what he found. He showed me before and after pics of some of the vents. It may be my imagination, but I think the air is flowing through my vents better! One other thing I want to mention is their honesty. I had gone through the house and counted what I thought were vents and registers to get the initial estimate. According to Lucas, some that I had counted were actually access panels to other things so the total count, and thus the total cost, turned out to be less than I was expecting. Big kudos for honesty!!
In a nutshell, I had a very positive experience both times and highly recommend Ductworks.
