Rudy was the technician sent to my home to address the cleaning of our air duct system. He showed up exactly on time, and spent nearly 10 hours scrubbing the entire system from the inside, with only a short break for lunch. He was thorough, hard working, and efficient, aside from being friendly.

I strongly felt that I was ripped off by another (more commonly known) competitor more than 5 years ago, and wanted to try another company. I am now fully convinced that I was indeed ripped off in the past, and that this company actually does the sort of job that others claim to do.
