Brad was the technician that cleaned our ducts. We have lived in this house since it was new (23 years) and had never cleaned our ducts before. Not a good idea, obviously. We were scheduled for air conditioning and a new furnace installation and knew we needed to get the ducts cleaned. Ductworks was able to schedule us for the Saturday before the installation which worked out perfectly for us. Brad did an excellent job and now our ducts are sparkling clean.
