I wanted to comment on the fantastic job Kenny and Ductworks did for me on my personal home. I own a high end building company in the Denver Metro area and always hire ductworks to clean the ducts of the homes we have completed before our client moves in but had not personally experienced the level of communication, effort and service they provide. We own an older home so there are some challenges in cleaning some of the ductwork in our house. Kenny found some obstacle that he could not breach with the brush due to liability reasons but found a way to work around them and be sure to get the ducts cleaned in that specific area by thinking outside the box. He was very informative and communicated with me regarding the challenges and his resolution to the challenge. It is so good to see a tech who is willing to take the extra time and extra steps to ensure a quality service experience.
