Really good service, excellent communication.
We just used Ductworks for the second time, and we thought the service was really good. They were very clean, and we barley knew they were even here. Until they got to the final ducts, we couldn't hear them at all.
They showed us all the junk that came out of our ducts, and we were very surprised. We have been able to see a difference in the amount of cat hair floating around, in particular. They told us what they were doing, and how, every step of the way. I don't think they could have communicated better if they tried. We thought the service was really good.
