I researched a number of companies prior to choosing Ductworks. Found that there are different ways of cleaning ducts. I also found that the more thorough methods, were not the cheapest...but well worth the price. We just completed a full remodel on our home and knew the ducts needed attention, in addition to the increased coughs and sneezes we were experiencing, as well as a nice layer of fine dust on our furniture the day after the housecleaner was here. I made more than one call to Ductworks asking a number of questions before scheduling the work. Phone service was knowledgeable and professional. The video on their website shows their start-to-finish process, which was exactly what happened in my home. Rudy, our technician, was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and above all thorough. He showed me a few light-leaks in our previously sealed ductwork, which he repaired at no extra charge. While he was cleaning a cold air return located well above reach, he noticed the layer of construction dust on our high shelf wall, 20 ft in length. Rudy offered to clean the shelf as well when he was finished with the scheduled work. I didn't have the heart to take further advantage of his generosity, as he worked tirelessly for over 8 hours on our job. Rudy also cleaned the furnace, removed, washed and re-installed the blower. He took photos before and after each duct run had been cleaned...what a difference! I would not hesitate to call on Ductworks again in the future. Thanks, guys!
