Sorry for the miscommunication... When we clean Air Conditioning coils, in most all cleanings, is just the evaporative coil (air conditioner coil located above the furnace- inaccessible to homeowners). The condensing coil (air conditioner coil located outside) is typically a item that most homeowners maintain. We communicate this during the estimate process, and try to be as cost-sensitive when performing cleanings. If you would like us to clean your condensing coil please call our office and we will schedule the service.
