DuctWorks was highly professional from beginning to end of the job. The people making the booking were knowledgeable and informative; subsequent calls to check details were also met with a professional and informative response.
On the day of the cleaning, Felipe showed up on time, introduced himself, and was wearing a DuctWorks shirt. He immediately put on boot covers when entering the home, and promptly laid out floor covering when he started working. He did a great walk-through of the house, letting us know what he was going to do, and how he was going to accomplish it (e.g. going to the attic to clean out dryer vent). He ensured we fully understood before he started working. Throughout his work, he promptly cleaned up each area before moving to the next. He invited us to see what he was doing, and frequently showed us pictures of "before" and "after" of the duct works. At the end of the job, he showed me all the photos; he made sure I understood what had been done, when the next cleaning should be; and he even adjusted the vents throughout the house to ensure we had better air circulation.

All in all, this cleaning experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend ductworks, and I will specifically ask for Felipe for next time.
