I was surprised by how long it would take to clean our 12 vents, but quickly understood why when I saw how thorough the cleaning was for each vent.
Our service tech was very polite, wore booties on his shoes to keep our carpets clean, and worked around our pets (keeping doors closed to prevent them from getting in the way).
