The technician arrived on time, worked hard, and communicated the progress of the job. Rudy was friendly and it was obvious that he had considerable experience with duct cleaning. As the ducts had likely never been cleaned, there was significant dirt built up in places and he didn't stop until they were are very clean. Great Job!
