The servicemen at Ductworks were very helpful and explained everything. They showed everything they were doing, and explained what they did on the pictures they took with the camera. Ductworks cleaned all the main ducts and even scrubbed the squirrel-cage rotor. Our neighbors had used Ductworks and were very happy about them. I always saw them working all day, so I called them. There was too much dust in the house and we didn't know where it was coming from. We called and compared them with other companies, but we were comfortable with them. They called in to say when they will come in, what they will do, and how long they will be there for. I have already recommended a few people to Ductworks!
