Mario came to clean our ducts on October 10th. He was very careful with our corners and hardwood floor. He also explained the process and showed me how the equipment worked. We had one part of our ductwork that was partially inaccessible to his equipment, so he showed us where it was located along with the photo of the area.
As well as doing a fantastic job for us, Mario is a very personable gentleman. I am recommending DuctWorks to my parents and other people.
