Duckworks customer service was the best I've experienced in a long time. Luis arrived on time, explained the process to me, did a thorough job of cleaning, kept me informed of his progress via before and after pictures, and left my house spotless. The following morning I realized there was a problem with my furnace. I called Duckworks and Justin arrived at my door step within a couple of hours. Although the problem had nothing at all to do with the work they did, Justin fixed it and didn't charge me anything.Now that's great customer service!!!
