We hadn't had out ducts cleaned in almost 6 years, so it was time. I heard about duct works from the radio and figured I give them a try. WhennI called the lead time was 6 weeks out but they were able to move a few things around and we got on the schedule 3 weeks early. Mason was out technician and he was great! He was very professional, explained the entire process, was great with our annoying barking dog, provided before and after pictures of his work, and did a phenomenal job cleaning. Mason laid down drop clothes on our carpets and furniture and made sure to double check his work before leaving. When we need out ducts cleaned again, we will not be using anyone else.
