I had my ductwork cleaned 15 months ago by a different company and within 48 hours every surface had a blanket of dust. That was not the case this time. James was my technician and he did an amazing job - extremely thorough. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t seen any accumulation of dust. I learned a valuable lesson - if the company you currently use is not opening up the square ductwork in your basement/crawlspace and cleaning it then the jobs is not being done correctly. James sent me before and after pictures and it was shocking!
