Michael S. was on time (early at 8:26 a.m.), fast, efficient, and communicated well. My 15 register vents and main square lines were tough to scape and vacuum. Michael skipped lunch to finish my job before 2 p.m., and then Michael had to go to yet another job down south (long hard day for Michael). Chris made the scheduling happen by juggling.
