Michael did a good job explaining what he was going to do so we were well informed. The job took about 5 hours. I have read pros and cons about getting this done and feel the company was reputable and our system cleaned. Our dog was terrified of the vacuum noise and especially the last step when the work room exposed ducts were cut into and cleaned. Next time I will make sure she is at a dog day care.
