We were scheduled for a month from now, but we placed ourselves on the list to be moved up and we got a spot today! Jon B. was our technician, He was super professional, and very clear and detailed in his communication of what he was doing while he cleaned our duct work. He worked very quickly and efficiently, and then showed us a complete set of pictures of before and after shots of all of our ducting, which was VERY satisfying. I am very pleased with the results!!
