A quick survey of what needed to be carried out, went over the estimate initially provided, clearly explained the statement of work and charges, and then went right to it. He placed damage mitigation equipment down so the hoses wouldn't scratch up furniture or wall corners, and pads down so the equipment wouldn't scuff floors. This attention to detail is pretty telling at the level of professionalism and years of experience Ductworks has carrying out this line of business.
