The Tech, Mike S. that came to our house was outstanding...He explained everything very well (including noise level, time required, air conditioning being off, etc.,), was very thorough, and delivered excellent service. He was here most of the day (my job was approx. 6 hours) which gave enough time for a thorough cleaning. I would recommend him and Ductworks to anyone.
The only reason I gave 4/5 stars for total experience is that the sales person that I booked the job with did not advise me of the following:
1. The machine used to clean is extremely loud and can be heard throughout the entire house.
2. The air conditioner will be off during the cleaning. Our service was done on a warm day.
3. You should your own furniture to create a clear walking path to any ducts. They are not allowed to move your furniture.
I think customers should be advised when scheduling the job that they should not plan to be at home during the cleaning (especially if you work from home).
