We had a great experience from start to finish! From scheduling to date of service and making our payment, everyone was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Our technician, Lonny, was prompt, professional and so sweet to our dog and kids. Our cleaning was long overdue so he had quite a job to do. He was so efficient and kind and we appreciated the great work he did for us. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend using them to others.
