Rodolfo was our technician and he did a fantastic job. He was punctual, knowledgeable and extremely respectful of our home. This was our first time using the method used by Ductworks and we are extremely satisfied. Their approach is well suited to a home that has pets, since you aren't left with having to leave an exterior door open to accommodate hooking up a big hose to a truck (like you do with most duct cleaning companies). Seeing the before and after pictures is an added plus as you get a sense of just how clean they've gotten the ducts and the benefits of scraping them.
