William Brewster, our technician, was not just prompt but actually arrived a few minutes early. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He provided us with a safe experience, using his mask and booties and socially distancing as CDC recommends. He showed before and after pictures of the ducts. He cleaned up afterwards and left us with clean ducts!!
