Duct cleaning was started this past Saturday. Halfway through, the Tech's equipment had a problem couldn't finish. Called Monday to reschedule and Ductworks adjusted schedules and sent out a new Tech the same day. Tech's name was Gage and he was very thorough, responsive, friendly, and helpful. He did a great job and was very carful to leave the house clean. Problems happen, but Ductworks responded appropriately and got the job done well.
