Ductworks did an excellent job cleaning our ducts. Their service representative, William Brewster, arrived promptly as scheduled, carefully explained the process before beginning and was courteous, respectful and professional throughout the day. He brought in mats and "corner protectors" to prevent damage to our floors and walls, and meticulously cleaned each duct. At the end of the process, he showed us before and after video to demonstrate the effectiveness of his work. Overall it was an outstanding experience and William made it all the more positive.
