On October 14, 2020, Mike Simmons was sent by Ductworks for an appointment set up for 8:30 am. He arrived just a few minutes early. He was very friendly and neat in his appearance, we talked briefly, he told us what he would do and then provide pictures at the end of the job .I showed him all of the vents, he assessed the situation, and went to work immediately. He finished up the job at approximately 2:10pm. We reviewed everything he had done, verbally and with the photos taken. My wife and I were very pleased with Mike as a Tech., and also with Patrick with whom we had communicated with for setting up the appointment, and with his reminder call. Great Job to your entire team. This is the first time we have ever cleaned the vents, and we have been here for almost 15 years.
