Made the appointment awhile back. They called a few days ago to remind us of the appointment. Mike Simmons showed up 15 minutes early and surveyed the job. He began work. He was very friendly with conversation. Before and after pictures were taken of each duct and returns. Boy, what a difference! He spent about 5 hours doing a very thorough job. We have had another service do this before but it was very clear they had not done a good job of it. This time it was done right.
