Rodolfo cleaned our duct system yesterday. He did a great job. He arrived on time (actually early), but waited to come to the door until the stated start time. He explained exactly how he would do the job and answered all of my questions. Even though the house 27 years old and the ducts had never been cleaned, we were pleasantly surprised and relieved that they were in good shape and are now clean.
